Below is a summary of the warranties applicable to CPAP machines, masks and accessories purchased from us. Please note that warranty coverage may vary according to product category.

Standard CPAP machines (with heated humidifier) - ResMed AirSense 11, AirSense 10 (Autoset, Autoset for Her), Philips DreamStation 1+2 (Auto, Pro), Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle

CPAP masks and spare parts - 3 months Warranty
Includes headgear, cushions, frames

Mask exchange program - 30 days Warranty
Applies only to non-discounted masks

CPAP accessories - 3 months Warranty
Tubes, SD card, humidification chamber*, carrying bags

Comfort accessories - 3 months Warranty
Tubing holders, bedside organizers

Power supplies and cables - 3 months Warranty
AC power supplies and cords

Battery adapter kits - 3 months Warranty
12V/24V battery clamps or adapter kits

CPAP pillow - 2 years Warranty
Kego CPAP pillow

External batteries - 1 year Warranty

Notes and exceptions

  • * Exception: The ResMed AirSense 10 reusable humidification chamber (model 201267) is covered by a one-year warranty.
  • All warranties are effective from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be used in accordance with instructions and must not have been damaged by misuse for the warranty to apply.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
